Broccoli Salad With Bacon


Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:


1 lb broccoli florets
20 slices of bacon, chopped
2 onions, diced
1 cup coconut cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sunflower seeds for topping
Method:
1. Place a pan over medium heat and fry the pieces of bacon.
2. Remove the bacon and use the fat left in the pan to sauté the
onions.
3. Boil the broccoli florets until they turn soft.
4. In a large mixing bowl, pour in the broccoli, onions, and
bacon. Then pour the coconut cream over the bacon salad.
5. Sprinkle some salt to add flavor and top off with some
sunflower seeds.

6. Serve and enjoy!
