Chia Seeds And Berries Smoothie


Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:

1⁄2 cup blackberries,
1⁄2 cup blueberries
4 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups unsweetened coconut milk

Method:

1. Pour the coconut milk, chia seeds, and berries into a food
processor.
2. Blend the mixture until all the berries have dissolved. The

mixture will turn a purplish color.
3. Place in the fridge for an hour.
4. Serve with a topping of more berries. Enjoy!
