Tuna And Avocado Salad

Yield: 1 serving


6 oz tuna
Salad greens
1⁄2 large avocado, sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp mustard
Sea salt and black pepper


1. Place the slices of avocado in a bowl and pour in the lemon

2. Take another bowl and flake the tuna. Then add the mayo and
mustard. Mix thoroughly.
3. Pour the tuna mixture over the avocado slices.
4. Prepare the salad greens and place in a large mixing bowl.
Then pour the tuna and avocado into the bowl.
5. Add the salt and pepper to taste and toss.
6. Serve.

• Net carbs – 11.5 g
