Vanilla And Coconut Waffles


Yield:
 8 servings
Ingredients:

7 tbsp coconut flour
5 tbsp full-fat cream
2 tsp baking powder
3 tsp vanilla
8 eggs
2 sticks of butter, melted

Method:

1. Separate the egg whites and the egg yolks into two bowls.
2. Fluff up the egg whites in the first bowl using a whisk.
3. Pour the butter into the second bowl with the egg yolks. Then
add the vanilla and full-fat cream. Mix thoroughly.
4. Gently pour the egg whites into the second bowl. Ensure that
you maintain the fluffiness of the egg whites.
5. Warm up the waffle maker and then pour in enough batter for
one waffle.
6. Cook until the waffle turns golden.
7. Repeat using the remaining batter.
8. Serve with berries and sour cream or unsweetened whipped topping if desired.
